MARIA MAMOUZELOS is from the Greek island of Kalymnos.  Her parents came to the USA in 1982 and go back and forth between Valparaiso and Greece every year.  The family is in the restaurant business.  Maria was born in the USA and is a student at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she is on the pre-med track, currently studying nutrition.  She hopes to specialize in pediatrics and has a dream to open a pediatric office in Kalymnos.  Maria will tell us about her homeland and focus on the differences between living on mainland Greece and on the islands.
