DANIEL GOLDFARB was born and raised in Chile.  He returned in July 2017 after a long absence.  Daniel talked about his family’s unique history with Chile and gave his impressions of how the country has developed since he left in the 1970s. Illustrated by photos from his recent trip, his wide-ranging presentation covered many topics, including immigration trends and Chilean cuisine.

Daniel has built a career in land conservation and restoration in this country.  He lives in Valparaiso and is Senior Manager ofr Conservation Projects with the Wildlife Habitat Council.
